Most laundry pickup runs on a schedule and a price-per-pound. That works for the average household, and our standard residential service starts at $2.49 per pound for that exact reason.

Concierge is built for clients who need more than a route stop. You get a single point of contact at our facility, priority scheduling slots reserved before the public booking opens, and care preferences documented at the garment level. When something needs hand-pressing, it gets hand-pressed. When a piece needs to skip the dryer, it skips the dryer. When you want a delivery to land between 6:15 and 6:45 PM because that is when your housekeeper is on site, that is the window we hit.

What concierge service includes

A dedicated client manager

One person on our team owns your account. You text or call them directly. They know your detergent preference, your fabric exceptions, the gate code, and which neighbor takes deliveries when you travel.

Priority scheduling

Concierge clients get same-week pickup slots held in advance. If you call Tuesday morning and need a Wednesday pickup, we have capacity reserved for you.

White-glove handling

Garments are sorted by fabric, color, and care requirement before any machine runs. Buttons are checked. Pockets are emptied, and contents returned in a sealed envelope. Hangers are matched to garment type, wood for suiting, padded for knits, and clips for trousers.

Garment-by-garment quality inspection

Every piece is reviewed before it leaves our facility. If we find a stain we cannot remove, you get a note explaining what we tried and what we recommend next.

Custom care preferences saved to your profile

Detergent choice, water temperature exceptions, drying instructions, fold versus hang, plastic versus reusable wrap, all recorded once, applied every time.

Discreet pickup options

Unmarked vehicle, side-entrance pickup, building loading-dock coordination, or direct handoff to your concierge desk. Whatever fits the building’s protocol.

Hand-pressed and hung delivery

Shirts on hangers, pants creased, dresses on padded forms. Delivered hung and ready to put away.

Plastic-free delivery on request

Reusable cotton garment bags and recyclable paper wrap instead of poly. We collect the bags on the next pickup.

Concierge is quote-based, not a flat per-pound rate. Pricing depends on weekly volume, garment mix (suits and dresses take more time than cotton tees), delivery frequency, and any add-on services like wardrobe rotation or storage.

For reference, our standard residential service starts at $2.49 per pound on a weekly schedule and $2.69 per pound on request. Concierge clients typically run 2x to 3x that rate when adjusted for hand-pressing, priority scheduling, and the dedicated account model.

Step 1: Initial consultation call

A 15-minute call with our operations team. We ask about your schedule, your wardrobe, your building, and any past laundry frustrations. You ask anything you want to know about us.

Step 2: Custom service plan and quote

Within one business day, you get a written plan: pickup cadence, estimated weekly volume, pricing, and any add-ons.

Step 3: Onboarding visit (recommended)

We come to you. We see your space, meet your housekeeper or building staff, and confirm the pickup logistics. About 30 minutes.

Step 4: Begin scheduled pickups

Your dedicated client manager is introduced and takes over from there.

How is concierge different from your standard pickup service?

Standard service is a weekly or on-request route stop priced per pound. Concierge adds a dedicated client manager, priority scheduling, garment-by-garment handling, hand-pressing, custom care profiles, and discreet pickup. It is built for clients whose laundry needs more attention than a flat rate can deliver.

What is the pricing model?

Quote-based. We price after a consultation call so we can match volume, garment mix, and frequency to a fair number. For reference, our standard service is $2.49 per pound weekly. Concierge clients typically run higher per pound, but the value is in the dedicated account and care, not the rate.

Do you handle delicate fabrics like cashmere, silk, and beaded pieces?

Yes. Delicates are washed by hand or on machine cycles calibrated for the fabric. Beaded and embellished pieces are bagged before any wash cycle. We will tell you on the consultation call which pieces need to go to a specialty dry cleaner instead, and we can coordinate that handoff if you want.

Can you accommodate same-day requests?

Our standard turnaround is next-day, and that holds for concierge as well. For genuine emergencies, a guest arrival, or a last-minute travel pack, concierge clients can request a rush slot. Availability depends on the day.

Do you offer storage or wardrobe rotation?

Seasonal storage and wardrobe rotation are available as add-ons. We pick up your off-season pieces, wash and store them, and return them when the season turns. Pricing depends on volume.

Can you work with my building’s concierge desk or doorman?

Yes. We coordinate with most Downtown and La Jolla building concierge teams. Pickups and deliveries can be handed off at the desk, the loading dock, or directly to your unit, depending on building rules. Tell us the protocol on the consultation call, and we will follow it.

Are deliveries discreet?

On request, yes. Unmarked vehicle, plain garment bags, side-entrance handoff, or delivery direct to your concierge. We do not advertise on the bag, the vehicle, or the door.

What is your concierge service area?

La Jolla, Coronado, Downtown San Diego, Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Bankers Hill, Rancho Santa Fe Covenant, and Del Mar. If you are nearby and not on this list, ask; we route case by case.

How do I switch from standard service to concierge?

Reply to your standard service confirmation email or call us at (619) 586-5755 and ask for a concierge consultation. We pull your account history, schedule a 15-minute call, and convert you over within a week.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No long-term contract. We ask for a 30-day trial period, so we have time to dial in your preferences. After that, you stay month to month. Cancel anytime with one week’s notice.
