Some national services advertise $1/lb. Here is what is different about every load we wash.
Cheap laundry usually means somebody else’s home washer, generic powder detergent, and three days of wait. Our price reflects commercial equipment, ozone on every load, premium detergent choice, and the fact that nobody else touches your clothes. If that math does not work for you, that is fair — pick the service that fits.
For complex pieces (beaded gowns, vintage, leather, fur, household items), text a photo to (619) 389-3206, and we will quote before pickup.
$4.50 per item. Combine pressing with wash & fold or dry cleaning to meet the $49.99 minimum.
Common use: shirts you wash at home but want pressed for the week. Or a stack of linen napkins before you host.
Hotels, vacation rentals, salons, gyms, medical offices, restaurants, and other businesses get custom-quoted pricing based on volume and pickup frequency. We have programs for accounts doing 100 lb/week up to 5,000 lb/week.
No contracts. Net-30 billing available after the third month.

If we ever need to charge above the per-pound rate (rare — usually only for biohazard or pet accidents that require a separate sanitizing wash), we text you a photo and a price first. Approve before we proceed.
Why is your pricing higher than other laundry services I see online? We wash on commercial Maytag and Speed Queen machines, run every load through ArtiClean ozone sanitization, and let you pick from five premium detergents. We never subcontract — every load is washed in our facility by our team. Services at $1/lb usually skip one or more of those.
What is included in the per-pound price? The wash, the dry, sorting by color and fabric, your detergent choice, ozone sanitization, folding, bagging, and next business day return. The only separate line item is the $5.99 pickup fee.
Can I get a discount for high volume on residential? Above 80 lbs per week consistently, contact us — we may quote a custom rate. Below that, the published tiers are the best price. Commercial accounts (any business address) get custom quotes regardless of volume.
How does billing work? We charge after delivery, once we have weighed the actual load. You get a receipt by email and text. Card on file. No deposits, no estimates.
Do you offer trial pricing for first-time customers? First-time customers occasionally get a promo code through Google or email. Email [email protected] to ask what is currently running.
Can I get same-day pickup or same-day return? Same-day pickup is sometimes possible if you book before 9am — call (619) 586-5755 to ask. Return is always next business day. We do not promise same-day return because the wash and dry cycle on commercial machines plus quality check takes longer than a single day.
Are there fees beyond the per-pound rate plus the pickup fee? No. Detergent, ozone, hypoallergenic options, hang-dry, and standard turnaround are all included. The only time anything else hits the bill is biohazard or heavy pet contamination that requires a separate sanitizing wash — and we always text first to ask.
How does the subscription tier compare to on-request? Subscription is $2.35/lb on a recurring weekly schedule. On-request is $2.69/lb when you book each pickup individually. On a 50-lb weekly load that is the difference between $117.50 and $134.50 — about $17 per week, $68 per month. If your laundry volume is steady, subscription pays off fast.
