We offer service to most of the county Monday through Saturday, with NEXT DAY return. Saturday deliveries are returned on Mondays. We service Ramona on Thursdays and Alpine on Wednesdays with next day return.
All Wash & Fold orders are returned the next day unless we pick up your clothes on Saturday then they are returned on Monday. We are also able to return pressed items the next day as well. Dry Cleaning is 5-7 days.
While we strive to keep pricing easy for the customer and all inclusive, there are a few things you should be aware of.
Our service includes your choice of name brand detergents and softneners, completely customized orders, no charge to hang your items, including hangers, no charges for air drying your items. **Most of our competitors have fees for each of these items.
Please note there is a $45 minimum per each order, and a $5 transportation fee and a $20 missed pickup fee.

Our standard is to process your clothes using Tide & Downey, WASH all clothing in COLD water, and DRY on MEDIUM heat. We HANG all collared shirts and women’s blouses, zippered jackets/hoodies, dresses, and skirts. We FOLD all T-shirts, shorts, pants, and sweatshirts. Other detergent options: Gain, All Free
& Clear, Ecos Lavender, and Purcell. Other Softener Options: Gain, Suavitel, Vinegar, Standard Bounce Dryer sheets, or Bounce Free & Clear Dryer Sheets.
When you sign up for service, there is a place for you to tell us exactly how you want your laundry done. Feel free to tell us what you want hung versus folded.
Our standard is to use Tide detergent and Downey fabric softener.
If you prefer we use one of our other options, just update your preferences in your account.

Yes, we do!
We offer All Free & Clear or Ecos Lavender detergents and Bounce Free & Clear dryer sheets or white vinegar.
Yes, we recycle hangers. Send your hangers back with your dirty clothes and we will recycle them.
If you prefer to send your own hangers in, that’s fine too.
When sending hangers to us, we kindly ask that you secure them with a rubber band or twist tie so they don’t get tangled up.
We are happy to hang your clothes for you. You can send in your own hangars or we can use standard wire hangars (we do suggest you send them back to be re-used.) Make sure to put notes in your profile so we know what you want hung.
No, it is not. We will pick up your laundry and dry clean on the same day (please send in separate bags) and your laundry will be returned the next day, and your dry cleaning will be returned in about 7 days. There is no extra fee for the stop.
Minimums are based on both orders being together.
