Residential orders have a $5.99 pickup charge covering collection and return, plus a $49.99 minimum cleaning charge. A $10 missed-pickup fee applies if the bag is not ready at the agreed window. Confirm the complete order total before booking.

Is next-business-day return available everywhere?

Next-business-day return applies to suitable wash-and-fold orders when the chosen schedule allows it. Confirm the actual return date for your address. Dry cleaning, pressing, wedding gowns and other special items need service-specific timing.

Can I send dry cleaning or a wedding gown with my everyday laundry?

Ask the team about a mixed order and keep special garments identified separately from wash and fold. Confirm garment acceptance, each service price and return date; a single collection does not mean all items have the same care method or timing.
