Freshly Folded cleans the towels your business already owns. We collect accepted towels from eligible San Diego County addresses, wash, dry and fold them, and arrange their return. You keep ownership of your stock; this is a laundering service, not a towel rental program.
Get a quote for your towel laundry with the towel types, how they are used and your business address. Standard pricing has a $49.99 laundry minimum plus a $5.99 pickup fee per pickup, covering collection and return.
If you have chosen towels to suit your business, you may want to keep them while handing off the washing. Our commercial laundry service can discuss laundering that existing stock. We do not supply replacement towels or a rented inventory.
Tell us whether the order contains hand towels, bath towels, pool towels or another type. Their use matters: a towel used on skin and a cloth used with cleaning chemicals should not be described as the same item. Product exposure and care instructions affect whether an order can be accepted.
Consider a business owner who already has a washer and a shelf of towels. Outsourcing can look like an extra expense because the existing work is spread across staff hours, utilities and repairs. Agree on a handoff point
Name the staff member or reception desk responsible for collection. If the driver needs access permission, resolve it during setup. Confirm how the order should be identified and packed; do not assume an individual barcode or per-towel inventory system is included.
Set the return date and stock level
Standard wash-and-fold laundry returns the next business day after collection. Confirm the date for your towel volume and treatment needs. Count how many usable towels you will need until that return, including the time before the next pickup; a fixed two-set rule will not suit every business.
Choose the scheduling method

Your towels stay yours
Cleaning customer-owned towels lets you retain the colors, sizes, and fabrics you have already selected. Ask for the account’s change and cancellation terms; no towel rental means you should not skip reading the service terms.
A defined laundry process
Freshly Folded describes commercial Maytag and Speed Queen equipment and sorting before washing. Our ArtiClean ozone process is part of that description, not proof of sterile towels, a fixed pathogen reduction, or longer fabric life. Share the manufacturer’s care instructions for branded or specialty stock.
Pickup charges you can budget for
The $5.99 fee applies per pickup and covers collection and return. The $49.99 minimum is a laundry-charge floor, not a towel count. Confirm any account-specific price in writing; an advertised per-pound rate is not an automatic volume discount.

Terry towels for customers and guests
Hand, bath, pool, and beach towels are useful examples to list in a quote. State their sizes, colors, and care instructions. Do not assume that sunscreen marks, fading, or old stains can be reversed.
Kitchen and bar towels
