Freshly Folded collects laundry from eligible Little Italy homes and businesses and returns standard wash-and-fold orders the next business day. Clothing, towels, bedding, dry cleaning, pressing, and accepted specialty items can be arranged through one pickup.
Weekly wash and fold is $2.49 per pound, and on-request service is $2.69 per pound. A $49.99 minimum and $5.99 pickup charge apply.
Consider someone living in a Little Italy condo tower who flies out most Monday mornings and lands back on Thursday night. The building has a package room and a staffed desk in the lobby. The unit has a washer, but the working week happens somewhere else entirely.
The laundry problem is not volume; it is presence. Every pickup window falls on a day this person is in another time zone, and the one reliable stretch at home is Saturday morning. The suitcase empties into a bag on Thursday night and the week’s laundry is finished before the next Monday flight. Saturday morning goes back to being Saturday morning.
