Yes. Stained towels separate from standard sweat towels for pre-treatment before the wash cycle. Most stains lift on the first cycle.
What is your minimum volume?
Account minimum is $49.99 per pickup. Most gym weekly volume well exceeds this.
Do you provide towels or only clean ours?
We clean the towels you own. We do not rent gym towels. Cintas is the rental vendor for that path.
Can you separate member towels from staff towels?
Yes. Color-coded bins or separate pickup bags. Invoice line items reflect the split.
How do you bill?
Weekly or monthly invoicing via ACH, credit card on file, or check. Net 15 on monthly accounts.
Do we have to sign a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Can you handle yoga mats or massage table covers?
Yoga mats no — they require specialty cleaning, which we do not offer. Massage table covers and yoga towels, yes, processed with the rest of your inventory.
