The process is simple. You schedule a pickup online or by calling (619) 586-5755. On your scheduled day, place your filled Freshly Folded laundry bag outside your Eastlake home. Our driver picks it up, we wash and fold everything with premium detergent and hospital-grade ozone sanitization, and we deliver it back to your door clean and folded the next business day. You choose your detergent preference and set your own schedule, weekly or on-request.
Do you pick up from all Eastlake neighborhoods, including gated communities?
Yes, we pick up from every Eastlake neighborhood, Eastlake Greens, Eastlake Trails, Eastlake Vistas, Eastlake Woods, and the surrounding Chula Vista areas. For gated communities, provide your gate code or access instructions when you sign up and our driver will have no issues reaching your door. There is no zone surcharge within Eastlake and the $5.99 transportation fee is the same regardless of which neighborhood you live in.
What is the turnaround time for laundry pickup in Eastlake?
Wash and fold orders receive next-day turnaround. If we pick up your laundry on Wednesday in Eastlake, it comes back clean and folded on Thursday. Dry cleaning items follow a 5 to 7 business day turnaround because the GreenEarth cleaning process takes longer than standard washing. We will always notify you if there is any delay, but next-day return for wash and fold is our standard commitment.
