Freshly Folded is a pickup-and-delivery service. We process your wash and fold at our San Diego facility; there is no general walk-in counter.

Your household wash and fold is processed in San Diego and returned the next business day, folded by hand and bagged for the trip back. Payment is processed through the booking platform and your receipt is emailed.

Add the building and unit number, plus entry instructions. For a front desk or mailroom, check that the building permits the handoff and that the driver can reach it. For a walkup, agree on an accessible spot before pickup.
Gates, visitor entry and pets
Provide the needed gate instructions in your booking or arrange to meet the driver at the gate. Confirm visitor-entry requirements, and keep pets safely away from the collection and return area. We use the agreed handoff location.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
You can arrange collection without being home. Agree on an accessible collection spot and a suitable return location before leaving your sealed bag there. Add clear instructions to your booking and keep pets away from the handoff area.
How quickly will my laundry come back?
Standard household wash-and-fold orders return the next business day after pickup. Your collection date depends on available windows. Confirm return dates for dry cleaning, pressing, special-care items and mixed orders before booking.
What does laundry pickup cost in San Diego?
The $5.99 pickup fee covers collection and return. Wash and fold is $2.35 per pound with a weekly subscription, $2.49 per pound on standard weekly or biweekly service, or $2.69 per pound on request. The $49.99 minimum laundry charge applies before pickup. A 25-pound standard weekly order totals $68.24 before separately priced items or discounts.
Can you collect from an apartment or gated community?
